These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RDY2WRK™ (the “Service”), operated by Apna Vikas Online Services Private Limited (“Apna Vikas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). RDY2WRK is owned by Apna Vikas. Apna Vikas® is a registered trademark in India.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Beta service
RDY2WRK is offered as a beta product. Features, availability, and performance may change without notice. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. We may suspend or discontinue features or the entire Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws that apply to you, including if you access the Service from outside India.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- Notify us promptly through our data-request form if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.
4. The Service
RDY2WRK provides personality-aware career support, including Enneagram-based assessment, project workspaces, document handling, and AI coaching tools (such as counselling, interview practice, and document review). Specific tools may require admin approval or paid credits.
We may modify, limit, or remove features, impose usage limits, or change credit pricing and grant rules with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. AI outputs and professional advice
AI-generated content is for coaching and informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions you make in your job search. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice or human judgment.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of documents, messages, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to submit content that:
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive;
- contains malware or attempts to disrupt the Service;
- includes sensitive personal data about third parties without lawful authority.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service except as permitted by law;
- bypass usage limits, credit gates, or security controls;
- use the Service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
8. Credits and payments
Certain features consume credits. Credits may be provided as bonus allocations (sometimes called free or promotional credits in admin tools) or as purchased credits after payment. On Android, purchases may be processed through Google Play. On the web, payments may be processed through Razorpay. Payment terms of those providers also apply to their checkout flows.
Bonus credits
- Bonus credits are issued for a limited time. Each allocation expires on the earlier of: (a) a fixed number of days after issue, or (b) a platform-wide cutoff date configured by us. Expiry is at 23:59:59 India Standard Time (IST) on the expiry date.
- The app shows your remaining bonus balance and the expiry date that applies to your current bonus allocation. We may also notify you at sign-in when bonus credits are active.
- When bonus credits expire, any unused balance on that allocation is forfeited and shown as expired in your credit history. Expired bonus credits cannot be restored except where required by law.
- Bonus credits are consumed before purchased credits when you use AI features.
Purchased credits
- Purchased credits are not valid indefinitely. Each purchased grant has an expiry date set when the credits are issued (default one year from issue unless stated otherwise at purchase). Expiry is at 23:59:59 IST on that date.
- Before you complete a purchase, we will show the amount, price, and expiry date that will apply to that grant.
- Unused purchased credits expire at the end of the expiry date and cannot be used thereafter. Expired purchased credits are shown as expired in your account history.
General
- Prices, grant amounts, consumption rates, TTL days, and cutoff dates may change for new grants; we will communicate material changes where required.
- Credits are non-transferable except as we expressly allow.
- Refunds follow applicable platform rules (Google Play / Razorpay) and our stated refund policy at the time of purchase.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of paid features pending resolution.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, assessment content, and design, is owned by Apna Vikas or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licence is granted to you. You may not use Apna Vikas® or RDY2WRK™ marks without our prior written consent.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party services (for example cloud hosting, AI, reCAPTCHA, LinkedIn sign-in, and payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. To request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, use our data-request form.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apna Vikas and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Apna Vikas from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion through our data-request form (subject to verification). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country (including the EEA or UK) give you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence or otherwise provide rights that cannot be waived by contract.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
